Teaching Area

Since 2001 she has been a lecturer in Diagnostic Imaging of hypodermic imperfections at the School of Aesthetic Medicine - Fatebenefratelli Foundation.
She has developed the ultrasound classification in the pathology of the hypodermis and in 2019 published a text on the use of ultrasound in facial imperfections.
In this context, she organises and is called upon as a lecturer for courses on ultrasound and diagnostic imaging of the hypodermis, facial anatomy and facial blemishes in order to divulge treatment methods for patients affected by subcutaneous tissue blemishes.
 
Since 1992 she has been interested in Diagnostic Imaging in dentistry and gnathology with particular attention to the pathology of the temporomandibular joint studied with radiology, dynamic ultrasound and MRI in clinostatism and with dynamic functional methods in orthostasis.

She has been working in the field of ultrasound-guided infiltrative therapy for about 15 years.
In this field she organises national and international courses in the fields of orthopaedics, sports and rheumatology.
She is an international reference in the study of TMJ and hip pathology with dedicated MRI.

She has created a study protocol with MRI equipment in orthostasis, in clinostatism and in functional dynamics to highlight the affected muscle or the muscle responsible for the symptoms, trying to reproduce the modalities of the athletic gesture responsible for the symptoms and discomfort of the athlete/patient.
 
In the activity of diagnostic imaging from the year 2017 to 2021 has increased the number of examinations of Diagnostics in orthopedic and sports as follows :
MRI from 1700 examinations to 3000
Rx from 1350 to 2200
CT scan from 250 to 450
Echo from 1700 to 2300
